Grab is a Singapore based company which offers ride hailing, ride sharing and food delivery services via its mobile app in South-East Asia. In addition to Singapore, the company's services are available in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
In March 2018 Grab acquired Uber's operations in Southeast Asia and Uber now holds a 28% stake in the company.
