Ford was incorporated in Delaware in 1919. It is a global company based in Dearborn, Michigan. With about 199,000 employees worldwide, the Company designs, manufactures, markets, and services a full line of Ford cars, trucks, sport utility vehicles (“SUVs”), electrified vehicles, and Lincoln luxury vehicles, provides financial services through Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (“Ford Credit”), and is pursuing positions in electrification, autonomous vehicles, and mobility solutions.

Automotive Segment: This segment primarily includes the sale of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, service parts, and accessories worldwide, together with the associated costs to develop, manufacture, distribute, and service the vehicles, parts, and accessories. It includes revenues and costs related to their electrification vehicle programs. The segment includes the following regional business units: North America, South America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific (including China).
Mobility Segment: This segment includes Ford Smart Mobility LLC (“FSM”) and their autonomous vehicles business.
Ford Credit Segment: The Ford Credit segment is comprised of the Ford Credit business on a consolidated basis, which is primarily vehicle related financing and leasing activities.
